Return Policy

At Ahenfie by Ohemaa, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges are only permitted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item (style or color).

  • There is a clear sewing defect or damage upon delivery.

If either of these applies, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly work with you to process an exchange.

If you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we still want to hear from you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate your concerns.
